GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The incumbent is expected to assist the Management of Compliance Department and Head of Compliance Testing, to conduct bank-wide end-to-end process testing across departments and functions. To provide assurance to Management that there are adequate controls and processes in place in the bank to comply with the regulatory requirements as well as to mitigate the FCC risks faced by the bank.
Compliance Testing are quasi-audit checks on the processes of BOS FCC teams as well as other business units of the bank to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in accordance with OCBC Group Compliance Testing methodology.

To provide assurance to Management that there are adequate controls and processes in place in the bank to comply with the regulatory requirements as well as to mitigate the FCC risks faced by the bank.
Compliance Testing are quasi-audit checks on the processes of BOS FCC teams as well as other business units of the bank to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in accordance with OCBC Group Compliance Testing methodology.
MAIN DUTIES
- Maintenance and update of the Compliance Risk Assessment for the bank.
- Address process gaps in the control environment arising from the testing including those within the Compliance Department.
- Bank-wide Compliance Testing against Regulatory Risk Themes and FCC according to the Compliance Risk Assessment and Testing programme.
- Escalation of significant observations and gaps identified during testing to Management of Compliance Department.
- Work with the Compliance Testing team to simplify, streamline and align processes across teams within the Compliance Department.
- Manage Compliance testing or its function at BOS satellite locations i.e., HK Branch.
Qualifications
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 5 to 8 years of compliance experience within the banking/finance industry (preferably Private Banking).
- Experience in Audit function, process control, project management in process enhancement and IT solution will also be considered.
- Familiar with Banking regulations and Compliance FCC or AML functions will be essential.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Degree holder, preferably in business, banking, or finance
