The Advisory Institutional Operations Associate will serve as a subject matter expert and point of contact for Morgan Stanley and dedicated FA teams working with large Family Office Relationships. The Associate will assist the branch with account opening, enrollment to the Advisory Platforms and will be well versed in the policy and procedures, document requirements and client contracts. The associate will facilitate the collection of asset information, statements and computation of client billing, assuring all match with the agreed upon rates and caps in the client contract.

The Associate will coordinate the gathering of billing information with other areas within Operations and compile a spreadsheet on a quarterly basis to review with the FA team, management and Risk to ensure accuracy of the computations prior to the creation of the billing invoices for the client relationship. The associate will assist the branch on system navigations, and maintenance of accounts. In addition to being the point of contact, the Advisory institutional Operations Associate will work with Advisory Operations on researching exception reports and will assist in Advisory Related Project work.

Qualifications:

Client Servicesstrong interpersonal skills, articulate, service oriented, able to work with high profile FA teams managing the billing and oversight process for Ultra High Net Worth Accounts
Organizational and Analytical skills which require handling of multiple tasks, client demand, research, coordination with other Operations Groups.
Problem Solving, personal accountability, ownership, drive and professionalism
Able to take direction and perform as part of a team and individually
Accounting and mathematical aptitude is a must
Strong excel skills a must, able to create pivot tables, macros, calculations
