Overview
Document Custody - Acts as a escalation point for client concerns. Ensures quality and accuracy of contractual documents. Responsible for maintaining compliance protocols regarding documentation content and storage and recommending process changes to reduce risk and improve compliance and efficiencies. Assesses contractual agreements and implements controls and risk oversight to ensure compliance with contract obligations. Monitors, tracks and audits current practices against contractual agreements to ensure compliance with contractual obligations for all clients, including government entities. Participates in special projects assigned by manager related to service set-up, quality control, process improvement, and workflow analysis to ensure risk mitigation. Manages relationships and contracts with internal and external clients as well as 3rd party vendors to ensure support of document custody goals. Assesses risk and compliance issues for new and existing contracts. May be responsible for allocating work to other support team members. Contributes to the achievement of related teams objectives.
Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 7-10 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in paralegal or vendor management preferred..
