Excellent opportunity for an experienced Transaction Manager to join a leading provider of corporate administration, trustee, agency and outsourcing services. The successful candidate will join an established team, responsible for providing corporate administration, private trustee and agency and specialised outsourcing services to clients. This role will entail managing/overseeing a varied portfolio of loans, securitisation and structured finance deals.

This role will entail managing/overseeing a varied portfolio of loans, securitisation and structured finance deals.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and managing a varied portfolio of loans, securitisation and structured finance deals, covering a wide asset base.
- Reviewing, negotiating and executing legal documentation for new transactions and amendments/updates of existing transactions.
- Liaising with Arrangers, Lawyers and other transaction parties.
- Remaining aware of relevant market trends and legislative changes.
- Assisting in maintaining, reviewing and revising internal controls and policies.
- Ensuring that relevant invoicing is accurate and up to date.
Skills/Experience:
- Strong experience of transaction management.
- Solid experience of Corporate Trust.
- Good understanding of structured finance and LMA transaction documentation.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
