The firm will launch a new ETF product suite. The ETF Capital Markets Specialist will have broad responsibilities leading the firm's efforts to establish key relationships and build the operational infrastructure to support, launch, and maintain a successful ETF business.

Our office is in Las Colinas, Texas. This position will have the following considerations:

Hybrid: Works regularly both Onsite and Remote, resides within the headquarters office locality.

Job Description:

• Serve as liaison with the capital markets community by establishing and maintaining relationships with exchanges, market makers, authorized participants, and other ETF partners
• Collaborate with subadvisor portfolio management teams and the market on all ETF creation, redemption, pricing, rebalancing, and corporate action issues
• Oversee the ETF basket creation process for standard and customized baskets
• Monitor volumes, spreads, premiums and discounts of ETF products, and support primary and secondary markets
• Collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders to oversee the development, launch and implementation of ETF products
• Serve as subject matter expert for Resolute and its partners by providing ongoing education, updates, and facts about our ETFs
• Continually assess ETF market trends and developments and provide ongoing competitive analysis and benchmarking for ETFs
• Prepare ad-hoc materials & research for board presentations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or designations preferred (MBA, CIMA, CFA, etc.)
• Solid understanding of financial markets and investment products with eight or more years of Investment industry experience, preferably in ETF capital markets
• Deep understanding of the ETF product structure and fund mechanics
• Preference for candidate with existing relationships in the ETF capital markets ecosystem
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with a high attention to detail
• Ability to be resourceful by utilizing various systems, departments, and databases
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and planning skills
