The Role: Director of Business Performance, Software Solutions

The Location: Raleigh, NC or Charlotteville, VA

The Team: Software Solutions provides clients with industry leading software and services, covering enterprise data management, investment management, loans software and services and private markets solutions. The team is composed of a diverse set of enterprise software, SaaS, data, and service offering, including the following market leading products: iLevel, EDM, thinkFolio, Wall Street Office (WSO), SNL Banker, Debt Domain, Notice Manager and Prism.

The Impact: We're looking for an ambitious and proven business leader to drive the success of the business unit through activities that support strategic planning, data management, new business initiatives and coordination of organizational wide work plan development and delivery. The role assists and supports the VP, Head of Business Performance, in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations and initiatives of the business unit through the development and facilitation of business intelligence and collateral to effectively support optimal decision-making and deliver against the goals established. Whilst the breath of responsibilities will be across all aspects of business performance, there will be a specific focus on integration optimization and delivery, and financial fidelity and process improvement.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily business and administrative operations of the NAM region
  • Analyze internal operations and drive areas of process enhancement
  • Drive fidelity in financial reporting through partnership with Finance and business stakeholders
  • Represent the business unit on enterprise and divisional wide integration projects and activities
  • Manage capital investment and expenses to ensure the business unit achieves targets relative to growth and profitability
  • Maintain and build trusted relationships with senior partners and stakeholders
  • Develop and monitor performance metrics to drive operational excellence
What We're Looking For:
  • 8+ years of experience in management positions
  • Financial reporting experience
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills required for Windows Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project, in addition to Outlook and web based applications
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to achieve outcomes within agreed timeframes and under time pressures
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • A capacity to operate in a rapidly changing environment

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $135k - $155k . Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.
