Our team is responsible for connecting Buyside, Sell side, and Issuers throughout the entire lifecycle of deals across all asset classes. Our suite of solutions simplifies primary deal management with structured, easily consumable data. We are disrupting the traditional market workflow; it has become cumbersome and prone to error with multiple parties involved with multiple deals running simultaneously. About you:
You love Mondays. You have a passion for driving and shaping the growth of our future applications. You treat each UX deliverable like it's a portfolio piece. You can work with several product groups, dozens of product owners, stakeholders, and lead a small (but growing) UX/R team. You have skills in creating highly interactive prototypes and maintain a great level of detail illustrating key workflows. You will play a key role in scaling and growing UX across multiple business lines. Responsibilities:
  • Highly autonomous, exposure to all programs and driving UX within the org
  • Maintain design systems and create style guides
  • Able to quickly grasp a feature or concept and generate storyboards
  • Drive a user-centered approach and champion for process
  • Lead a UX small team, grow designers and direction
  • Combine and shape multiple design systems across several programs
  • Work directly with product and stakeholders to create effective solutions
  • Collaborate across product teams and goals
  • Keep up to date with modern trends and industry best practices
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience creating digital products, web, and mobile applications
  • 5+ years of leading and growing a UX team
  • Advanced critical and design thinking skills
  • Ability to work with complex requirements from a technological standpoint
  • Ability to create interactive prototypes using Figma.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of HTML, CSS, and web application architecture, SPA applications
  • Expert with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Framer, etc.
  • Familiar with analytics tools
  • Understands how to shape and grow research within each program.
  • Ability to convey concepts effectively and clearly
  • The ideal candidate has a passion for technology and modern interaction design
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Nice if you've had agency experience
Must-Have's:
  • URL to a personal portfolio- If you do not have a portfolio of work, you will not be considered.
  • Enterprise software experience
  • Expert level understanding of web application UX
  • Ability to make and own design decisions
Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $175,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus/a sales commission plan.
