We are looking for individuals with 5-7 years of experience in Operations who are passionate about working in a harmonious and energizing environment. You will act as primary point of contact for Portfolio Managers, Relationship Management, Performance Measurement Group, Compliance and Custodian inquiries for strategy group In this role, you will be responsible for leading the daily operational duties for an investment strategy.

What you will be responsible for
As an Equity PA Operations Manager you will
  • You will coordinate and monitor the daily and monthly operations controls and deadlines for all portfolios within the investment structure. You will craft the professional development plans of a staff of 5-8 associates.
  • You will ensure we are compliance of Internal, SAS70 and Sarbanes Oxley audit requirements
  • You will identify and participate in system development needs, testing and procedural improvements
  • You will work with current staffing models to build an equitable workload across peers.

  • Detailed understanding of Portfolio Administration, Investment Markets and settlement practices and custody operations
  • Strong PC Skills - Microsoft Office Suite, RKS, IMT, Smartstream-TLM,
  • Proven process improvement skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities to meet internal and external deadlines
  • Ability to build strong working relationship with both internal and external contacts.
  • Strong leadership abilities

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree - Business
  • 5-7 years Investment Operations Management and or Custody Operations experience.
