As an Intern in Equity Research, you will play an integral role in the analysis process by providing quantitative support for industry-and company-specific research. This involves dissecting earnings releases and regulatory filings, assessing relevant news events, organizing complex data sets, updating financial models, and preparing marketing presentations.
You will work with colleagues in both Sales and Trading to provide comprehensive client coverage, including fulfilling client requests for market updates and market intelligence as well as work with partners in Investment Banking to facilitate capital markets transactions.
Research is fast-paced, demanding and intellectually stimulating. We look for candidates who possess strong quantitative and communication skills, as well as flexibility to collaborate in a dynamic environment.
About the candidate:
- Undergraduate, pursuing a degree in finance or related. Minimum one year, maximum two years to graduate.
- Fluency in English
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong quantitative background
- Advanced computer skills using Microsoft Excel and Power Point
