Supporting Portfolio Management team, the Business Support Manager at Lionstone Investments will coordinate tasks and workflows related to the ongoing management of investor deliverables. This includes coordinating the deliverables across multiple departments including Asset Management, Accounting/Finance, Capital Distribution, Research and Investments. This individual must bring a strong track record in task management and project coordination, ideally in the private equity / real estate space.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Investor Deliverables: Coordinate tasks and workflows related to the ongoing management of investor deliverables. This includes coordinating the deliverables across multiple departments (including Asset Management/Accounting/Finance/Capital Distribution/Research and Investments). Deliverables include such items as Annual Plans and Investor Presentations, Quarterly Reports, Monthly and Adhoc Communications and Reporting.
  • Provide Business Management/Support or anything that impacts investor performance. Provide support to business leaders and portfolio managers to ensure they have everything they need to do their jobs.
  • Work with key business partners to support the portfolio management teams, as needed.
  • Support ad-hoc requests with minimal leadership and instruction.


Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in private equity, real estate is a plus
  • Bachelors Degree


Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in task/project coordination
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team and/or remotely, as needed
  • Demonstrated strong project management and organizational skills
  • Computer proficiency to use industry related software
  • Proficiency in preparing reports and presentations
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to listen, communicate and effectively work with multiple parties
