About Dealcierge
Dealcierge (the "Venture") is a newly formed SCV-backed fintech based in Singapore that is building a M&A Deal Origination Platform (the "Platform").
The Sales & Business Development Lead for the Venture will be responsible for increasing sales, building customer loyalty, developing customer and partner relationships, and continuously improving upon the Dealcierge brand.

SC Ventures ("SCV") was established in 2018 with the purpose of "Rewiring the DNA in Banking" by bringing three distinct areas together:
Dealcierge (the "Venture") is a newly formed SCV-backed fintech based in Singapore that is building a M&A Deal Origination Platform (the "Platform").
The Sales & Business Development Lead for the Venture will be responsible for increasing sales, building customer loyalty, developing customer and partner relationships, and continuously improving upon the Dealcierge brand.

Responsibilities
- Develop a GTM strategy and work with the rest of the Dealcierge team to drive growth & client acquisition
- Identify and research potential clients, and develop and understanding of the client and competitor landscape
- Steer and guide the overall pipeline of potential clients and partners
- Develop and maintain client relationships and be the client advocate
- Make and give presentations to prospective clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and partners, who will be helping the platform scale rapidly (by acquiring clients)
- Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
- Create and track key metrics as agreed with clients, and the core business management and operations team
- Work closely with the venture team to help scale ideas, and drive user growth and monetisation
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with leading client growth via business development and sales
- Motivated to address the impact of innovation technology in M&A and deal making advisory services, especially for smaller transactions and smaller clients who currently lack access to such services
- Possessing an existing network within the SME and/or Start-up ecosystems in Southeast Asia will be an advantage
- Prior experience in negotiating and executing channel partnership agreements to acquire clients will be an advantage
- Strong verbal and written communications, interpersonal, presentation and relationship building skills
- Strong project management, analytics, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to learn quick and thrive in ambiguous environment
- Being able to manage budgets in greenfield digital space
- Personal integrity and proactive hands-on working attitude
- Imaginative and creative approach to how we do work
- Curiosity about new technologies, workflows, and products
- Ability to see things from multiple perspectives, learn every day as well as continuously challenge the status quo of yourself, the team and the direction Dealcierge goes

About SC Ventures
SC Ventures ("SCV") was established in 2018 with the purpose of "Rewiring the DNA in Banking" by bringing three distinct areas together:
- The eXellerator Lab, enabling innovation at large in the Bank by supporting intrapreneurs and their ideas, collaborating with fintech's through the SCV Fintech Bridge and engaging with clients and co-creation ideas.
- The Investment Fund ("Fund"), tasked to acquire minority stakes in fintech companies ("fintechs") whose technology has been successfully validated in the Group.
- Venture building, with the objective of exploring new business models ("ventures"), in the way it engages existing new customers and markets
