Citi Global Wealth (CGW) is the new, unified wealth management business, combining Citi Private Bank (CPB) and Consumer Wealth Management, into one single platform to serve clients from the affluent level all the way through to ultra-high net worth (UHNW) individuals and Family Offices. CGW Asia is a top three wealth manager in the region with over US$300B in clients AUMs, and is looking to add in excess of US$150B AUMs by 2025 and further extend our leadership position in Asia. Custody is a key product within CGW's Citi Private Bank unit, which offers UHNW and Family Office clients with a full spectrum of competitive banking and custody products. Responsibilities:
  • Act as product manager for Citi Private Bank Asia Standard Custody and Global Custody products, including stakeholder management, product development, project management, governance and controls, and P&L projections and management, etc.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to develop Global Custody business strategies and initiatives.
  • Partner with Bankers to uncover client needs and deliver sophisticated and innovative custody solutions to clients and prospects
  • Responsible for managing the custody framework within Citi Private Bank, and keep abreast of regulation changes, risk assessment topics related to custody and custody network.
  • Liaise with CPB Custody product managers in other regions, to leverage product offerings, deepen and strengthen the custody product globally.
  • Participate in coordination of sales with bankers for Global Custody product whenever required.
  • Builds robust working relationships with clients and internal colleagues
  • At least 7-10 years' experience in Custody/ Securities Services.
  • Experience in Private Banking a plus.
  • Strong securities operations background, with previous client services experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with a diverse range of stakeholders including technology, compliance, legal, risk, and business sponsors in an effective and collaborative manner.
  • Strong written, listening & verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and consistent follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, and pipeline reporting systems
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably with major in Banking, Finance or Economics
  • Professional certification such as CFA a plus
