Private Banking Department - Private Banking and Trust Services
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager.
Principal responsibilities

Private Banking Department - Private Banking and Trust Services
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager.
Principal responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of private banking customers
- Provide investment advice and deliver premium service to customers and execute their orders
- Perform investment portfolios analysis, monitor the performance and make necessary recommendation on portfolio re-allocation
- Manage the credit quality and monitor the exposure of customers' loan portfolios
- Work with internal departments to solicit business referrals
- University degree in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications such as CFP or CFA
- Passes in the HKSI licensing examinations
- Minimum 6 years' banking experience, with good knowledge of investment products
- Strong sales orientation and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to communicate effectively, embrace change and overcome challenges
- Ability to be resilient in face of difficult situations
- Strong desire of self-improvement and learn from experiences
- Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in both written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua and other dialects an advantage
- High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
