Senior Business Analyst

The Senior Business Analyst (BA) will be part of the Wealth Management Solutions (WMS) business group and will provide support for the implementation of an enterprise data lake (AWS) by advancing opportunities to leverage data for advanced analytical analysis in support of wealth management solutions. In addition this role will lead all processes that impact/relate to our sales team's SalesForce implementation and oversee confidential compensation processes for WMS sales teams and other partners working closely with business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of an enterprise data lake (AWS) by advancing opportunities to leverage data for advanced analytical analysis in support of wealth management solutions.
• Lead all processes that impact/relate to our Sales Team's SalesForce implementation
• Deliver reporting and ongoing customization/alteration of the system.
• Act as an analytic extension of the Sales Team and serve as company SME, and drive new data and reporting solutions for the team.
• Oversee confidential compensation processes for WMS Sales teams and other partners working closely with business leaders.
• Learn/enhance new query or data visualization tools (i.e. Athena, Quicksight, SageMaker in AWS; Power BI)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Good understanding of the financial services industry
• Ability to understand and apply technology as it relates to the business
• Solid understanding of 1-3 applications within platform (in-depth understanding of at least 1 application)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data to identify trends and issues
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple work assignments while being able to shift priorities
• Strong work ethic, high standards for accuracy and high level of personal accountability

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Sales Force
• Data warehouse experience and/or Data Lake
• Knowledge of AWS suite of tools
