THE TEAM & RESPONSIBILITIES
The role is an exciting opportunity for a HR professional to fulfil a generalist HR role exposed to all tenants of the HR function in a global financial firm. The successful candidate will join the EMEA Business Partner team to support the Engineering Division in delivery of their regional People Strategy.

THE TEAM & RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will join the EMEA Business Partner team to support the Engineering Division in delivery of their regional People Strategy.
- Join Warsaw Engineering Leadership group to drive location build out and success:
- Create, shape and execute people strategy together with Engineering Leadership Group Members
- Work on all aspects of talent management in that market (e.g. integration, leadership, hiring, retention)
- Partner with Engineering Business Unit Leaders across Americas, APAC, EMEA and India on all aspects related to people
- Work with EMEA and global HCM colleagues to lead annual talent processes including: talent reviews, performance feedback, promotions, compensation
- Partner with HCM functional groups (i.e. Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Relations, Global Mobility, Compensation) to ensure the delivery of an excellent HCM service to Engineering
- Run Diversity projects for Engineering population in the region to attract and retain talent
- Work very closely with ER on all sensitive cases
- Partner with Mobility and Compensation Team on all aspects related to international moves and strategic projects
- Run reporting and analytics for people-related management reporting
- Create business cases and decks based on available data and provide recommendations to Business based on performed analysis
- Minimum 5 years' of experience in HR
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, globally connected environment
- Great Team Player / collaborator - culture carrier
- Demonstrated client service focus and ability to build successful relationships
- Self-motivated and able to work in an autonomous, yet collaborative environment
- Highly organized with strong execution, attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
- Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality required
- Excellent data analytics skills
