We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Associate Director, Credit Analysis Unit.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Promote, facilitate and ensure quality credit submission
  • Provide efficient support to GB by managing credit processes and leverage best practices across various sites to improve operational efficiency and optimize business performance
  • Provide efficient support to the implementation of compliance controls, policies and procedures to prevent and minimise operational loss. Ensure compliance are checked before credit submission and that all regulatory reports are submitted on time
  • Provide support to GB in portfolio deep dive/ reviews and impact analysis. Stress testing of portfolio/ industry sector
  • Provide support to GB during internal & external audit
  • Provide logistical support to GB on WWM
  • Contribute towards the development and performance of staff through training, and appropriate development opportunities
  • Constantly challenging the status quo logically with facts and evidence
  • Ensure compliance with internal/external audit, legal and regulatory frameworks
  • Financial Crime Compliance Risk

Requirements
  • At least more than 10 years of corporate lending experience
  • Strong analytical skills and sound credit knowledge
  • Working knowledge of full spectrum of Treasury and Capital Markets
  • At least 3 years of managerial skills in managing a team of executives and with good grasp of people handling skills
  • Clear understanding of the Group credit risk principles, policies, procedures and procedures and statutory compliances
