What the job involves
- High degree of responsibility from the start, working within a flat hierarchy
- Active involvement in all aspects of the deal cycle, from origination to execution and supporting portfolio companies in strong cooperation with management teams
- Assessing investment opportunities through financial modelling and market and strategic analyses
- Strong education record (Bachelor's or Master's degree) in finance, business or economics
- Highly numerate, strong modelling skills and familiarity with relevant contracts
- Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, a team player with a hands-on mentality
- Native German speaker and excellent English skills are required
