  • Working with key stakeholders to define and develop business propositions from initial business case through to process construction to execution and roll out to front office teams.
  • Keeping up to date with regulatory change and how this might impact on propositional development and existing propositions.
  • Keeping up to date with market developments to identify opportunities, threats and "best in class" examples
  • Ensuring that client insight is utilised for proposition development including existing clients, introducers, products and services as well as potential new markets and developments.
  • Work with stakeholders to monitor existing propositions looking at commercial viability, development needed, operational efficiency and target market viability.
  • Work with Marketing and Business Development teams on developing and communicating key messages of the proposition in a simple and effective manner.
  • Responsible for coordination and assist with production of NBI documents for all new propositions and amendments to existing propositions.
  • Works with distribution channels on use and sale of the funds, performance, flows, target market etc..
  • Works with Heads of HNW, Advice and BD & Marketing along with Strategy & Research Director to execute strategic priorities.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes
  • Strong knowledge and interest in the development of UK financial services markets with a focus on investment management, financial planning and advice and digital interaction.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communicator, who is able to adapt their style of delivery to suit the audience.
  • Be comfortable operating within a robust and vibrant culture.
  • Be comfortable operating in an open team dynamic and working with senior management to drive performance.
  • Be ambitious, energetic, proactive, resilient and robust, with the desire to make a difference.
  • Proactive and energetic individual with a 'can-do' approach; self-starting and results-focused.
  • Have a pragmatic approach to problem-solving with a flexible, consultative working style with the ability to drive change.
