We are looking to hire an Investment Associate to support our equity investment team and the CIO.
Based in our London office, the role will be split between providing portfolio management and investment analysis support to the investment team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with up to 24 months of experience within the asset management industry, who is looking to progress to the next stage of their career.
The individual will be responsible for performance, attribution and risk portfolio analytics, maintaining and developing internal and external reports.
The individual will also be working with the investment team assisting in the investment research process and report generation process.
Trade execution will also form part of this role, assisting in executing and reconciling trades raised.

Requirements:
- Highly motivated, flexible and eager to learn
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- Focus and attention to detail
- A performance orientated and analytical mindset
- Understanding of financial analysis and accounting.
- Previous experience in portfolio management, trading or research conducting bottom-up investment analysis is preferred but not a prerequisite
- Strong Excel skills covering financial modelling, forecasting, data analysis, as well as coding and VBA programming
- Good knowledge and demonstrable experience of using Bloomberg
- Ability to work independently and be resourceful within a small team, understanding that a flexible approach allows individual growth
- The role could be a good fit for an individual who is currently working in a middle or back-office function but would be interested in transitioning to a front office role
