They have a world-class portfolio of clients spanning Asset Management and Fund Services, Insurance, and Retail and Corporate Banking. Project work can range from business process reengineering, through post-M&A integration, to project and programme delivery. They are actively looking to expand their leadership team in line with client-demand.

Reporting to the Partner, applicants should have solid skills in Project and People Management, ensuring delivery and the growth of colleagues. You should be able to design and independently manage complex projects, acting as the main interface with the client; promote further sales via carrying out all pre-sales and start to directly facilitate repeat business. You will also carry out recruiting, mentoring and knowledge management activities and participate in networking and marketing events. The ability to master the rational and emotional aspects of change along with learning to manage the politics of change will be a key success factor to the role.

  • 7-10+ years' consulting experience either in FS Consulting or as directly within a Financial Services organisation.
  • Broad knowledge of Financial Services with depth in one or more subsectors or themes such as data, products, or regulation.
  • Demonstrated people management skills along with exposure to client relationship management and development of repeat sales.
  • Ability to define and design projects and perform and lead complex business analysis.
  • Clear, concise, and succinct communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and a team-player with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Degree-qualified, ideally with some business and finance content.
  • Proficiency in standard IT packages such as PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
