My client, a leading financial services claims company are looking for a Programme Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Technology change and transformation initiatives throughout the end-to-end change cycle from visioning to embedding initiatives successfully.
Essential Experience:
* Programme management qualification or equivalent
* Experience working as a Programme Manager overseeing a large transformation project, ideally in the digital/technology space
* Project management qualification or equivalent
* 5-10 years experience in change & transformation delivery at a programme / portfolio level
* 5-10 years experience working with agile methodologies
* Demonstrable ability to lead cross-functional team
* Experience in delivering multiple technology led projects simultaneously
