Our client company is an experienced, independently-owned and managed private equity real estate investment group, with a fully integrated investment, project management and asset management platform in Asia.

Role Overview

The role is responsible for portfolio management duties including assisting in analysis of investment performance, portfolio models and preparation of investment memorandum, dealing with investor enquiries, requests and coordinating with clients and our investors including but not limited to preparation of materials, presentations and investor questionnaires and RFP, working closely with internal stakeholders, such as Finance and Accounting, Investment, Legal and Asset Management, etc. in order to maintain investor relations of the Group.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the analysis of historical investment performance, financial statements, financial models, and industry research;
• Assist in the maintenance of portfolio models;
• Assist in the preparation and writing of investment memorandum;
• Assist in monitoring existing and future portfolio investments;
• Responsible for responding to frequent investor enquiries, capital calls/capital distributions by maintaining relations and contact with investors;
• Responsible for preparing quarterly, annual, and other periodical reports as appropriate;
• Maintain database on investors, complete investor questionnaires and RFPs;
• Organize and attend annual investor meetings and investors' meetings as appropriate;
• Responsible for preparation of presentation materials on different strategies, and quarterly and annual investor reports;
• Coordinate client visits, and facilitate client onsite onboarding process and client onsite due diligence;
• Responsible for organizing follow up materials for clients;
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as Finance and Accounting, Legal, Asset Management, Investment teams, etc. relating to investor enquiries and requests;
• Any other ad hoc projects or related duties that the Company may require from time to time.

Requirements

• Degree holder, graduate of a reputable university, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, surveying, real estate, or related disciplines;
• At least 3 years of finance/investment/real estate experience;
• Experience in working in MNC or dynamic and fast-paced working environment;
• Experience in working effectively in a team environment and ability to work closely with investments team;
• Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills in English;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Analyst.
