This reputable and market leading Top 4 bank is seeking an experienced Senior Property Credit Analyst to work with their small to medium enterprise clients.
Your new role
- Maintain existing relationships with clients and with internal stakeholders
- Manage the end to end credit process, ensuring high quality credit submissions and ensure to adhere to all compliance policies and regulations
- Write credit submissions including detailed risk analysis and financial forecasting, and be able to present and negotiate submissions through WIB's risk management decision process
- Test proposals against approved business and credit strategies, target market acceptance criteria and underwriting standards
- Industry knowledge and experience of Real Estate clients is preferred
- Commercial acumen and previous credit writing experience with respect to commercial property deals
- Tertiary qualified in an analytical focused field such as finance, business, or economics
