Job Description

• Develop and execute the overall fund strategy, implementing competitive intelligence, benchmark, etc.
• Providing support for major deals and transactions, such as market research, commercial due diligence, etc.
• Participate in the management and review of portfolio companies, and provide ad-hoc strategic support such as performing analysis research based on the strategic direction of the business
• Manages the daily activities in the CEO office, the project management office (PMO), and interfaces across business functions for key strategic and operational initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Accountancy, and Business Management related fields
• Minimum three years of Management Consulting experience, ideally from Big 3 Consulting firm or Big 4 accounting firm
• Good finance acumen and strong interpersonal skills
• Experience in Healthcare industry is plus
• Undergraduate degree in healthcare related major (e.g. Medicine, pharmacy, etc.) is plus
• High level of resourcefulness and problem-solving abilities
• High degree of integrity, with exceptional multi-tasking, organizational and planning skills
• Proficient in English and fluence in Chinese is a plus
• Some travel required
