Business Analyst position for the property arm of a leading retail giant. Full work place flexibility.
Your new company
The organisation is an ASX listed retail giant. They are known for their supermarket brands but offer a diverse range of retail operations, products and services to the market. The organisation is known for their flexibility and diversity, offering a range of working solutions.
Your new role
You will be their new Business Analyst within the Asset Management or property division. Reporting to a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for liaising with, challenging and reporting on the performance of company owned properties. The property portfolio is split into retail & non-retail and this role will encompass the retail portfolio.
You will manage internal and external stakeholders, interpret data provided by property management firms and provide key insights onto the portfolios performance.
What you'll need to succeed
You will:
You will be employed on a permanent basis on a salary between $110,000 to $120,000 plus super. There is a bonus component on top of the base of up 16% for short term incentives. The company will provide equipment relevant to the flexible working arrangements promoted by their culture. You will be able to work from any of their offices, or from home.

- have experience with SAP
- ideally understand outgoings and capex investment in property
- potentially worked in the property or property management industry
