We are a unique full-service fiduciary investment management & financial planning firm that assists individuals, families and companies reach their financial goals and objectives through sound financial planning.  With nearly 40 years as a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), we pride ourselves on experience, professionalism and best in class customer service.  As such, we are looking to add another dynamic smiling face to our fast paced and rapidly expanding team.



  • Account administration including: trading of Mutual Funds, ETFs and stocks, cash flows, debits, margin, transfers, allocations, fees, new account opening, processing transfers and distributions, funds distribution, name/address change, cost updates, billing/fees. Communications with clients including: new account documents, LOA’s, account updates, checks & wires, account performance, trade activity, transfers, statement inquiries. Research including: fund fees, objective changes, market values, stock quotes. Provide customized reporting and analysis to Advisor/Client as needed Track new business and prospects Maintain accurate and detailed client files.


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience. Series 7 & 66 or Series 63. 4-6 years operational experience, client service/support or financial services experience. Wirehouse back-office experience is a plus. Proficiency in MS office, including Word, Excel and Outlook Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills. A true motivation to serving our clients’ best interest. Ability to multi-task and take initiative. Ability to work independently as well as with a team to resolve client issues. Detail oriented, organizational and ability to prioritize. Familiarity with TD Ameritrade/Schwab and/or Advyzon Software is a plus.
