Marketing DDQ Specialist

Overview

LGIM America (LGIMA) is seeking a Marketing DDQ Specialist to join a dynamic team responsible for strengthening LGIMA’s institutional brand positioning throughout all key institutional channels. The Marketing DDQ Specialist is responsible for the production and completion of existing client Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) covering the firm, investment strategies and various other topics.

The key objective of the position is to work closely with our Client Strategy, Analytics, Marketing, Legal, Compliance and Operations teams, providing an opportunity to gain exposure across different functions in a growing and innovative investment management firm. Significant attention-to-detail and project management skills are required for this role. It is expected that the individual will play a critical part in defining and executing recurring processes for this function.

Responsibilities

1. Develop procedures to populate and maintain client DDQs on a timely basis.
2. Project manage to completion DDQs and ad hoc requests from current clients with accurate and compelling content in a deadline-oriented environment.
3. Understand and utilize golden source qualitative and quantitative content to ensure consistency of information across all client communications
4. Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to obtain and create content.
5. Ensure Compliance requirements are included and executed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (in Finance, Marketing or related field, preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Superior organization, project and time management skills required; ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, be proactive and work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as an acute attention to detail.
• Ability to provide a representative writing sample to be considered for employment.
• Professional and accountable with high degree of integrity.
