Position Responsibilities:

- Support in the project scope definition and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
- Set-up a framework;
- Analyze business requirements;
- Animate business workshops;
- Identify scope variances and propose alternatives;
- Follow-up on dependencies with other projects and client initiatives;
- Ensure with SMEs Technical feasibility and compliance.
- Consult and engage clients to conduct detailed requirement analysis so that our solutions and services are able to offer best of breed in the following areas:
- Capability to review and monitor the financial statements (Lux GAAP, IFRS, GAAP) and Long Form reports;
- Ensure systems are able to produce regulatory reporting (CSSF, BCL) on a monthly basis, quarterly and annually basis;
- Monitor and review AIFM, FATCA and CRS reports;
- Ensure subscription tax are prepared within the required standards and meet the latest reporting requirements;
- Maintain comprehensive calendars for your respective financial reporting deliverables and events.
- Ensure timely reporting to CSSF & BCL, including preparation Annex 4 (AIFMD);
- Identify and implement new regulatory or other data requirements;
- Maintenance of fund data;
- Analyzing and improving internal processes and reporting systems.
Proven Experience & Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will be the one with experience as a Business Analyst at a FinTech or at least 4-10 years' experience within backend or middle office systems or functions either with a custodian, fund administrator or in financial services industry;
- Relevant degree - finance or business-related field;
- You will demonstrate experience working as a Business Analyst in a client driven environment where you manage multiple priorities and deadlines;
- Excellent communication with desire to learn and grow within fast paced environment.

- Strong communication and analytical skills;
- An understanding and interest in financial markets;
