You will be responsible for the strategy implementation through the development of new products and new activities, where you will be responsible for conducting the review of the approval process of new products and new activities with business and key support functions.
You will also be responsible for monitoring the main risks and controls, while ensuring the integrity and the sustainable development in the Global Markets' s portfolio of activities;

- Coordinate/resolve business issues and conflicts across departments and liaise with Business Units and Support Function (IT, Risk, Operation) for any daily operational/business related issues.
- Build and maintain processes that improve client experience and regulatory compliance.
- Involve in regulatory projects such as on best SFC regulatory requirements on equity business etc., and drive best-practice risk management and build strong positive partnerships with front office colleagues within the Trading floor.
To qualify for this role, you will need to have the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance, or related discipline with at least 8 years of experience covering Global Markets
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and resilient and work well under pressure
- Attentive to details with sound project management skills
- Good financial markets product knowledge and knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good problem solver, ability to multi-task and work effectively with different stakeholders, and a strong team player.
