Your day-to-day activities
- Identifying inefficiencies in processes and defining process improvements
- Creating MI and reporting
- Creating communications and agreeing through governance
- Supporting Project Manager in day-to-day delivery tasks
Skills & Experience required:
- KYC subject matter knowledge essential
- KYC Remediation programme experience essential
- Experienced in working within a change delivery environment
- Comfortable working with a mix of stakeholders across business, IT and operations at varying seniority
- Ability to maintain composure and managing to work under pressure and ability to build
- Resource forecasting and process analysis to support anticipated resource / headcount to support new or revised operational processes needed going forward.
- Customer query handling/ Telephony experience relating to KYC
- Customer blocking & exits
