Location: London OR Fully Remote

Summary:

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Haskell Programming expert to join the small but critical Haskell Tooling and Languages function within a well-known Investment Bank. The team are working on a niche project focused around building out Haskell-aligned tools and compilers - a project that has had significant business backing since it's inception 15 years ago. The successful candidate will be a Senior Contributor within the global team and will have oversight of the Bank's vast Haskell codebase - one of the largest in existence.

This person will likely come from a strong Computer Science background, with expert knowledge in design principles, data structures and algorithms, ideally coupled with prior Finance experience.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4+ years of Haskell experience
  • Computer Science (or similar) degree from a top-tier university
  • Previous Finance experience is highly desirable
