Day to day responsiblity would include evaluation of investment opportunities (high quality build to rent assets), preparation of detailed proposals to credit /investment committees, structuring of both debt and equity transactions, asessment of credit rating methodologies to debt financing tranches and ongoing manage ment of the investments. .
We expect most of the following skill set to be demonstrated by the succesful candidate.
This is a career opportunity for someone who likes working in a collaborative environment but equally able to take on the full management of specific projects as required.
We see this role as either representing an experienced analyst to portfolio management transition for the right candidate or equally the chance to broaden a skill set for someone who is already an effective investment manager but has become silo'd in a large organisation/real asset business and looking for a change of culture/ move towards the business/construction end of deals.
With significant funds under management and a strategy of well considered growth this is an ideal time to join this well regulated ethical investor.

- Record of academic achievement
- Excellent early analytical training gained within rating agency/project finance/ M&A,consultancy or a structured private equity environment. (We are ideally looking for a blend of debt, equity and rating expertise).
- Ability to structure with a significant background in property related deals/investments. Enjoyment of hands on modelling a distinct advantage.
- Experience of preparing credit/investment papers for deployment approvals.
- Understanding of tax and equity structures.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skill (or looking to develop further in this area if restricted to date)
