Investment Manager - Real Estate (Build to Rent)

Day to day responsiblity would include evaluation of investment opportunities (high quality build to rent assets), preparation of detailed proposals to credit /investment committees, structuring of both debt and equity transactions, asessment of credit rating methodologies to debt financing tranches and ongoing manage ment of the investments. .

We expect most of the following skill set to be demonstrated by the succesful candidate.

• Record of academic achievement
• Excellent early analytical training gained within rating agency/project finance/ M&A,consultancy or a structured private equity environment. (We are ideally looking for a blend of debt, equity and rating expertise).
• Ability to structure with a significant background in property related deals/investments. Enjoyment of hands on modelling a distinct advantage.
• Experience of preparing credit/investment papers for deployment approvals.
• Understanding of tax and equity structures.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skill (or looking to develop further in this area if restricted to date)
