Co-Head of Credit Risk, Infrastructure, Global Financing Firm

Our client is a global financing firm specialising in project finance, asset-backed and other structured debt financing solutions to companies in the infrastructure globally.

Leadership role, to co-manage a team of Credit Analysts in Singapore. Reporting to the C-suite, you will be responsible for ongoing monitoring of the transaction portfolios, with a focus on infrastructure related transactions - this includes but not limited to

• supervising and mentoring junior analysts on preparing credit reviews, managing waiver requests, covenant monitoring, approving credit reviews, and waiver requests handled by the Risk team and
• providing recommendations to management on appropriate credit action if needed on existing portfolio;
• supporting management in the assessment and screening of new transactions, working with deal teams on advising risk profiles of financing structure, terms, and documentation and on the application of appropriate internal risk methodologies
