  • Manage business relationship of partnership channels and formulate Product strategy to achieve company business objectives and financial KPIs
  • Collaborate with different internal and external functions to grow and optimize B2B platform business
  • Formulate B2B business roadmap and strategy for traditional brokerage and non-traditional partners
  • Lead, manage and coordinate the implementation of the latest platform solutions and projects for the B2B partners
  • Lead a small team of Product Managers on Product Management & related system development

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience in product development and product management in Life Insurance or/& Investment Products
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to engage and collaborate with senior management and working committee in development and execution of product strategies
  • Experience in leading and developing team
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills in managing different stakeholders
  • Prominent skill to oversight and leadership for the execution of product & marketing strategies with business partners
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
