About this role

As the Employee Experience lead, you will play a meaningful role in getting us over the finish line by focusing on the employee / visitor / guest journey to build a frictionless experience.

The successful candidate will partner closely with our own Workplace Experience teams (Front of House, Food Services, Space and Facilities) and our partners across Technology, Human Resources and Events to capture the needs of our employees - talking to employees and looking at data - and responding with programs and service improvements that remove friction and drive employee engagement. You will use your attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills to build excitement around our office and find new ways to showcase our new HQ's thoughtful design and sustainability focus to employees and visitors alike.

You know (and like) technology and know how to use it appropriately to capture in the moment feedback and overarching sentiment feedback. You like trying new ways of capturing the pulse of people and are not afraid to try new things, but also know when to fail fast and change if you aren't getting the outcomes you are looking for.

You are equally a student of technology and a student of people.

  • Benchmark client experience against other firms
  • Identify and help to implement ways to measure client experience
