We're looking for a bright, engaged, and analytical young talent to join our Strategic Communications team, helping us to create impactful narratives and campaigns that promote Hong Kong's financial markets and tell the HKEX story to the world.

Working as part of the Group's Corporate Communications Division, you will work closely across various channels and disciplines within the organization to develop holistic, integrated and multi-faceted corporate, brand and sustainability campaigns in support of our group/business objectives. You will be supporting not only the day-to-day operation of the team, including project research, administration and analysis; you will also have the opportunity to support some of the high profile strategic communications campaigns - from programme development, implementation to reporting, and facilitating HKEX's senior leaders on some of the most important public engagements, locally and globally.

Job description

• Conduct desktop research, audit and analysis on the latest industry best practices and trends around branding, thought leadership and Sustainability
• Work alongside with our Strategic Communications team to develop and execute communications campaigns across multi-channels
• Assist in organising HKEX's events such as external conferences/seminars
• Produce reports to showcase the performance of campaigns and provide suggestions for continuous improvement
• Assist the wider Corporate Communications team with ad-hoc projects and tasks

Job requirements

• University educated - a degree in economics, business, finance, journalism is preferred but not a must
• Previous experience of working in any media organisations or branding / PR / communications functions would be an advantage
• Experience in working in either financial markets, fintech or MNCs would be an advantage
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent bilingual communication (written and verbal), research, organisational and multi-tasking skills with a strong attention to detail
• Good project management skills and experience in working with multiple stakeholders
• Reliable, dependable, and an excellent team player. Strong judgement. Demonstrates the HKEX values of Integrity, Excellence, Diversity, Engagement and Collaboration
