Do you have a secure knowledge of advice and investments?

Are you interested in giving technical support for advice cases and supporting advisers in developing client solutions?

This could be the role for you!
  • Act as technical support for simpler level of advice where advisers require the support to help construct and develop client solutions.
  • Typical cases would be; unfamiliar or areas of advice that the adviser as not completed recently.
  • Act as a point of reference for the wider investment market and advice trend information
  • Support advisers in the construction of appropriate advice and product solutions
  • Key SME who analyses and evaluates the feasibility / relevance of proposals for products / services
  • Provide support to adviser and paraplanner populations - anticipated to be primarily used by associates and inexperienced advisers, but available to all.
  • Would not attend client meetings, despite being Level 4 qualified.
  • Collaboration with other business units across SPW and also be aware of third party providers proposition including LBG and Cazenove Capital where appropriate.
  • Grow own capabilities by pursuing and investing in personal development
  • Support and feedback to ADM's and RCM's (and other relevant parties) on capabilities of those the support by providing supportive and constructive feedback
  • Where relevant, support training or coaching in trending area of technical knowledge deficit of expertise to others throughout SPW. This would include supporting and actively engaging with Question Central, Breakfast Club and other forums.
  • Identify shortcomings, suggesting and implement improvements to existing business practices.
  • Uncover emerging issues and/or needs and identify potential causes, related issues, key stakeholders and barriers
  • Commitment to living the SPW values, behaviours and meeting the Code of Responsibility. Ensure SPS is up to date and professional competencies meet requirements of professional institute and SPW T&C approach.
