The Role: Webinar & Podcast Producer Job Description
The Grade/Level: 10 (relevant for internal applicants only)
The Location: USA - Virtual

The Team:
  • Reports to Director of Enterprise Content Strategy
  • Closely collaborates with cross-divisional content, editorial, creative, studio, events, social, digital, and communications teams
  • Collaborates with divisional content creators to create and amplify divisional efforts
  • Partners with other content channel strategists
The Impact:
The Webinar & Podcast Producer will join the Enterprise Content Strategy team and will also work closely with colleagues across the divisions to produce original content via the Podcast and Webinar channels and elevate divisional content in support of our strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

Podcast Production
  • Manage the podcast syndication tool across the Enterprise and share best practices, metrics and engagement, and overall company podcast strategy with all podcast stakeholders.
  • Produce, edit, and publish the Essential Podcast end-to-end and assist with marketing the podcast and each new episode.
  • Create marketing plans to assess the effectiveness of the techniques used to boost the profile of the pods and hosts.
  • Develop new and unique ways to engage the audience, establish listener communities across platforms, and increase podcast channel awareness.
  • Create cross-divisional podcast advertisement strategy and partner with cross-divisional stakeholders to amplify other podcasts.
  • Improve the performance of the podcast channel by monitoring, evaluating, and making recommendations.
  • Develop strategies and opportunities for shows and stakeholders in collaboration with the Enterprise Content Strategy team.
Webinar Development & Production
  • Develop, produce, and execute content webinar engagement programs for the Enterprise Content Strategy team that support a global content marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with content strategists to develop innovative content surrounding webinars.
  • Write engaging copy for email invites, landing pages, and social channels that clearly communicates engagement program content and takeaways.
  • Coordinate website updates with engagement programs.
  • Manage webinar operations and logistics, internal and external stakeholder co-ordination, and budget.
  • Record, analyze and present webinar metrics to report back on overall success.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous marketing experience with podcasts and webinars.
  • A passion for and expertise in editing audio and video.
  • The capacity to work collaboratively with a variety of parties.
  • An eagerness to study and progress.
  • Strong writing and excellent communication skills with strong listening skills.
  • Outstanding communication/organization skills and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Team player who can also work independently to problem-solve using own initiative.
  • Ability to collaborate with a variety of internal and external parties.
  • Strong time management skills with ability to work in a fast-paced and changeable environment.
  • Experience of applying creative thinking and developing engaging audio and video content for a business audience.
  • Strong copy-editing skills and ability to demonstrate good editorial judgement.
  • Able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the digital world.
  • Deep understanding of S&P Global customers and what motivates them online as well as foundational understanding of the industries and markets covered by S&P Global.
Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $72,000 to $90,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
