QUALIFICATIONS - FIXED INCOME ASSOCIATE ANALYST PROGRAM

  • Strong academic background and intellectual curiosity
  • Highly motivated, confident self-starter with the ability to work independently and with others
  • Background and/or strong interest in finance preferred
  • Interest in credit research and fixed income investing
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth thematic research across a broad spectrum of topics which can be additive to the investment process
  • Progress toward CFA designation is a plus

 

JOB DESCRIPTION – INVESTMENT GRADE ASSOCIATE ANALYST

  • 2-4 year structured program offering extensive training and mentoring, designed to develop future analysts
  • Diverse responsibilities including company/industry related research projects, collaboration with portfolio managers and trading desk, and extensive financial analysis

  • Strong support for pursuing the CFA designation
