QUALIFICATIONS - FIXED INCOME ASSOCIATE ANALYST PROGRAM
- Strong academic background and intellectual curiosity
- Highly motivated, confident self-starter with the ability to work independently and with others
- Background and/or strong interest in finance preferred
- Interest in credit research and fixed income investing
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth thematic research across a broad spectrum of topics which can be additive to the investment process
- Progress toward CFA designation is a plus

- 2-4 year structured program offering extensive training and mentoring, designed to develop future analysts
- Diverse responsibilities including company/industry related research projects, collaboration with portfolio managers and trading desk, and extensive financial analysis
