We're looking for a Private Equity Research Associate, to join our team.

Your contribution will be critical to our business; in addition to providing critical insights for our clients' strategic purposes and delivering project excellence, you will also begin your career journey towards project scoping and consulting, business development, and supporting the creation of unique research frameworks and digital-platform-based solutions.

This position it`s part of Evalueserve Romania's Financial Services division and is within a multicultural, supportive, and dynamic team of professionals that provides direct business support and end-to-end research solutions to clients mainly in the Americas and Europe.

We'll trust you to:
  • Provide market research support to Private Equity Clients;
  • Screen and analyze target companies for potential acquisition;
  • Conduct financial analysis, transaction multiple analysis and perform valuation exercises;
  • Assist in preparing investment memo (research, analysis, and presentation development);
  • Build company profiles, peer analysis and target screening documents;
  • Update precedents transactions list, public comps list;
  • Support due diligence process, including document and financial review;
  • Assist in responding to lender requests and data analysis.

What you bring to the role:
  • Post-graduation degree, MBA (specialization in finance and econometrics) / CFA would be highly desirable;
  • Sound qualitative and quantitative research and finance skills;
  • Proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations (investment teasers/CIM) for deals;
  • Experience of using databases would be a plus - CapitalIQ, Datastream, Bloomberg, and FactSet;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English - required
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in French - required


We'd love to see:
  • Ideally 2-5 years of financial / investment banking / private equity / buy-side research experience;
  • Additional language skills (German / Italian) would be a plus.
