The position is within the CIB Finance & business Management global projects team responsible for the management and delivery of large scale initiatives involving interactions with multiple teams across LOBs/Functions.
We are looking for a candidate to work within the CIB Finance & business Management global projects team covering the regulatory reporting for the EMEA regions.
The successful candidate will assist in the successful implementation of the change management function for the EMEA region and will have the following responsibilities:

The successful candidate will assist in the successful implementation of the change management function for the EMEA region and will have the following responsibilities:
- Managing regulatory driven change/transformation initiative across the EMEA region
- Get Involved in implementing enhancements and process improvements working across a wide range of stakeholders
- Data requirement analysis/Identification of any data gaps of the regulatory reporting;
- Engagement with Technology for build of requirements;
- Perform analysis and complex testing roles
- Engage in the final UAT data validation testing exercise before delivery in Production;
Experience:
- ACA or ACCA / CIMA Part Qualified or Qualified Accountant
- Good accounting and finance knowledge
- Familiarity with FinRep templates
- Good working knowledge with reporting tool Axiom
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - MS Excel , MS Access, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
- Good understanding of investment banking products including derivatives / financing transactions
- Flexibility to work under pressure to meet changing work requirements and strict deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written - at all levels.
- Control mind-set and attention to detail.
