Head of Strategy/Asset Manager/Multi-Asset/Fixed Income/Investment Strategy/London

We are currently working with a global Asset Manager, who has over 1 trillion under management.

They're looking to expand their multi-asset Investment strategy team by bringing a Head of Investment Strategy.

This is a dedicated team of investment professionals managing solutions for their clients and conducting differentiated research with a practitioner's mindset. The team includes Strategists, Quantitative Researchers and PMs within the Multi-Asset, Fundamental Factor investment team.This role offers lots of responsibility and is split across different areas of the business, where you will be evolving their external research capability strategies, providing leadership/oversight of the investment strategy and helping with the necessary infrastructure and support to achieve their client's investment objectives
Requirements:

• Multi asset or Fixed Income background
• Demonstrable 15+ years relevant professional experience
• Broad business management experience (functional COO type)
• Experience of managing Analysts, PMs, or salespeople.
• Open to buyside or sell side backgrounds
