We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, Insights Consulting.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Lead the generation of customer insights that help solve business and marketing challenges through using external research outputs, leveraging internal customer data, desk research and tapping into data analytics
  • Lead a team: organize and define processes and drive capability building to provide actionable customer insight informing current and future growth opportunities
  • Showcase Customer Voice and broad market dynamics impactfully through innovative approaches, building dynamic reference documents and effective Storytelling for key markets and customer segments
  • This role in CIMS team, is part of the Marketing function focusing to support the strategic and revenue growth priorities in SEA and Australia for WPB
  • The role holder will deliver this through proven knowledge of the supported business areas, demonstrating a strong understanding of external (e.g. technological innovation) and internal factors impacting the business and customer needs both now and in the future, and an ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across a matrix

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (Social Science, Business Administration, Marketing preferred)
  • Extensive working experience in customer Insights / Strategy / Customer experience in finance, banking industry a must; this experience supplemented with market research agency experience or similar is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work and influence cross functionally, and experience in cross function teams
  • Extensive experience in building compelling insight from multi data sources to influence business decisions
  • Deep understanding on conducting competitive analysis and identify relative segment , proposition strengths and gaps
  • Abilities and skills create holistic view of brand performance and facilitate the identification and selection of growth and white space opportunities
  • Skills in synthesizing data from different sources into a well-structured story with clear implications
  • Strong team player, with proven ability to work on multi-function departments such as marketing, business teams and external agencies
  • Experience in conducting analysis of Ad Hoc & Continuous data sources (Brand Health Trackers and in market share trackers; assessment of data quality)
