- Lead Net Zero initiative
- Management and team coaching
- Thematic research on Environmental, Social and Governance issues
- Setting the Corporate Governance and Stewardship policies and educating clients
- Proxy Voting
- Coordinating and carrying out research to maintain up to date governance knowledge
- Writing material for clients to communicate ESG issues
- Preparation of presentations with compelling messages suited for each audience type
Necessary qualifications, experience and competencies:
- A demonstrable track record in corporate governance/stewardship
- A clear interest and passion for ESG and improving company and industry performance
- People Management
- Good report writing skills and RFP knowledge
- Confidence communicating to all levels of management
- Meticulous attention to detail and time management
