(Junior) Equity Research Analyst (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain earnings, valuation, and industrial models
• Write research reports with your findings, to be published for the investment community and media
• Devise and perform your own primary research methods, keeping abreast of trends and sentiment in the market
• Maintain constant coverage of industry-related news, trends, and developments
• Build relationships with management and investor relations teams of your portfolio companies (incl. domestic and/or international travel)
• Interact with institutional investors, communicate investment research and respond to requests for models and ad-hoc analysis
• Maintain a public image for the firm at conferences/events. Communicate the company's research, build its brand and refer potential new clients

Basic Qualifications:

• Most importantly, you have a passion for the capital markets, ideally also first touchpoints with German small and mid-caps
• You have an outgoing personality, don't shy away from challenges and work great in a team of like-minded people
• With first work experience within Equity Research, Consulting, Asset Management or other related fields you will join the team as an Analyst
• No work experience? No problem. Join as a Junior Analyst and we will get you up to speed in no time
• You completed a bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related field
• You are fluent in German and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• If you have a CFA or you are currently working on it - great, we love the dedication! But don't worry, it's not required
