Securities Services provides robust and reliable solutions that enhance performance and mitigate risk, today and in the future. Working with institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, governments and multinational corporations, Securities Services offers a range of fund administration, global custody, sub-custody and clearing, and corporate trust and loan agency services.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, Transfer Agency.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Check and authorize all instructions and ensure they are processed correctly and punctually
  • Meet all requirements or service level agreements documented in Operating Memorandum
  • Provide professional investor services to fund managers and investors
  • Identify clients' needs and address appropriately with prompt response
  • Liaise with relevant business partners such as Customer Service teams, Business Development, Centre of Excellence and other entities to ensure quality service is delivered
  • Thorough understanding of agreed procedure, process flows and client's specific requirements
  • Team leading and involved in resource planning such as identifying key performers for career growth and development
  • Help to streamline and standardize the daily processes and Raise ideas or recommend ways to improve work quality and efficiency

Requirements
  • Degree holder in relevant disciplines
  • In depth experience in Transfer Agency, fund services or related areas
  • Solid business analysis or project management working experience within the Investment and Finance Industry
  • Knowledge in Automatic Word Distributor and any other Transfer Agency systems will be an advantage
  • Self motivated with the ability to think, and act, independently combined with an ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
  • Strategic thinker, with strong conceptual, creative and analytical capabilities
  • Energetic, results focused change agent, with a strong work ethics
  • Strong Team Player and have the ability to motivate others

To be considered for this role, the relevant rights to work in Singapore is required.
