Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Key Accountabilities
- Closely liaise with T&O Portfolio Office and Business / Technology Project Managers in preparation of annual budget and monthly forecasts on Bank-wide initiatives and enhancements (i.e. Build the Bank platforms)
- Create financial management reports to monitor cost variance against budgets and forecasts on Bank-wide initiatives and enhancements, supplement with explanations
- Establish Financial Management processes, procedures and templates
- Manage "Build the Bank" budgets and forecasts in conjunction with T&O Portfolio Office
- Track approval and ongoing status on initiatives and enhancements
- Support project managers on project financial matters
- Frequent communication with Regional Project Management Office and to provide support on Regional requests
- Provide analytics for management to support strategic decision making
- Facilitate and prepare materials for project approvals in monthly management meetings
- Drive process improvement
- Ad-hoc duties as required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
- Qualified Accountant with Management Accounting / reporting experience prefer within Financial Services
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience
- Project Management experience and understanding of end to end Finance processes and controls
- Ability to conduct deep dive process analysis, document process workflows current state and come up with future state
- Proficient in excel skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively (verbal & written) in a complex global environment with cultural diversity
