Job Responsibilities
- Report to the Head of Operation
- Responsible for administration function for Unit Trusts, MPF and discretionary accounts (focus on MPF product)
- Deliver accurate and timely NAV reports
- Perform counter checking to ensure accuracy of valuation and reporting
- Arrange prompt settlement of trades and perform daily portfolio reconciliation
- Handle account opening requests including brokerage, bank and custody accounts and maintain the master record
- Corporate actions handling and monitoring
- Prepare statutory MPF filing and other regulatory reporting
- Provide operational supports to other business units to support business initiatives
- Handle any ad-hoc projects / tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- University degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline
- 3-5 years of fund operation experience in MPF fund administrator or asset management company (prior experience on MPF Products will be a definite advantage)
- Knowledge of DTCC CTM, Tradar and Bloomberg AIMS highly preferred
- Attending to details, responsible, self-motivated, willing to learn, able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office especially in MS excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
