Equity Analyst

We are currently representing an European Hedge Fund Manager that is dedicated to developing a deep, fundamental understanding of the public companies that they invest in. They have a generalist coverage across sectors and they seeks to capitalise on opportunities on both the long and short side of their portfolio.

They are looking to add an Investment Analyst to their team.

Your Role:

• Supporting the team in all aspects of researching selected equities (reviewing annual reports, constructing financial models, interviewing management etc.).
• Creating and defending investment ideas
• Monitoring existing portfolio investments

Your Requirement:

• 2-5 years experience either within Equities, Private Equity, Investment Banking or M&A
• Excellent Academics, graduating from a Top University
• Understanding of and passion about investing is a must.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
• CFA/CPA/ACA is a plus.
• Fluent in English and has good communication skills.
• Having a European Language is a plus.
