We're looking for crypto enthusiasts to build new crypto-native products, grow issuers' protocol ecosystems, and partner with crypto communities. The team is highly experimental and is looking for forward thinking crypto natives who want to be part of a team that builds crypto's next set of core infrastructure.

Who you are:

• You have fallen down the crypto rabbithole and live and breathe crypto
• You are self motivated and are able able work in highly autonomous roles
• You love bringing products from 0 to 1
• You appreciate and can execute on unsexy but critical operations work
• You excel at and enjoy managing external relationships
• You have a small ego and are a team player

What you will do:

• Build, test, and grow new products based on issuer and user needs to support CoinList's protocol ecosystem (ex. CoinList Governance, protocol pages, etc.)
• Identify and conduct experiments on opportunities for CoinList to become more crypto native
• Research various crypto protocol ecosystems and identify community needs and business opportunities
• Work cross functionally with various internal and external teams
• Execute on ongoing operations needs
• Onboard issuers for existing protocol team products
• Manage and maintain ongoing issuer relationships

Requirements:

• Crypto native and have contributed to DAOs or crypto projects
• Excellent execution abilities and client handling skills
• Strong builder with track record of developing new products

Nice to Haves:

• Proficient in SQL
• Fullstack development experience
• Work experience at a startup
